Gift Certificates are a great gift idea!

methods of delivery:

USPS First Class Mail (Recommended if you have 3-5 days for delivery)

Email (Fastest, but can be trapped by spam filters, see below)

Fastest Method - but a word of caution about Email

If you happen to be in a time crunch this may be right for you. It is the fastest way to put a penguin present in the hands of your favorite penguin lover. The email will be sent within 1 business day. It travels at the speed of light (slowed down by an occasional router, gateway or emailer program) and should be received almost instantly once sent...obviously a little faster than most of our postal carriers.

The primary reason we suggest caution for email is because it is very difficult to guarantee email delivery. The culprit is SPAM filters. We hate it when we send someone such a fun and special present and it gets filtered into a SPAM folder instead of the recipient's inbox...ouch! If you use this method we suggest you verify the recipient received their penguin gift certificate. If they seem clueless suggest they look in their spam filter folder. If it can't be found in the spam filter we can resend the email to you or to the recipient.

To ensure everyone can read their Penguin Gift Certificate the email is sent in plain text (no pictures).
Other Gift Certificate Info

The recipient has an entire year to use the certificate

The minimum amount is $10.00

The maximum amount is $300.00

The Gift Certificate can be used on multiple orders until consumed

If the order amount is greater than the Gift Certificate amount the purchaser can use a credit card to pay the balance

We do not provide refunds on Gift Certificates.
They are like cash.

We can only resend the Gift Certificate ID number to one of the addresses or email accounts in the orgininal order

In the event an incorrect address is entered for a Gift Certificate we can cancel the orginal Gift Certificate and reissue to the correct address as long as the original certificate has not been used
