Shipping Info
We only ship within the United States. No Exceptions, Sorry.
We use 2 classes of USPS service for shipping:
- Standard Shipping - typically takes 3-5 days for delivery
- Most urban addresses typically receive their packages within 3 days
- Rural locations typically receive packages closer to 5 days
- While there is no guarantee on these delivery times our experience shows these tend to be accurate significantly more than 90% of the time
- Express Shipping - typically takes 1-2 days for delivery
- Our experience has been that the majority of packages take 2 days to deliver
- Typically an Express shipment arrives about 1 day before a package using Standard Shipping
- We handle express packages differently. Any Express Order received before 10:30AM Pacific time we attempt to get out in that day's Express Mail shipment. Orders after 10:30AM will go out in the next day's Express mail shipment
- Express Mail incurs a premium charge. Given the limited time advantage we have found it useful only in very specific situations
The majority of packages are processed within 2 business days. These days are in addition to the shipping time.
If you use PayPal to pay for your purchase it speeds the process if your account is verified. If it is not verified we contact you as a fraud prevention step but this adds time to the process.
