The most common error people make when placing an order is inputting billing address information that doesn't match the mailing address used by the credit card company.
Things to know about this situation:
* Your card has not been charged and will not be charged
* Once the Billing address matches the address your credit card statement is mailed to the transaction should be accepted.
* If you want the items shipped to a different address you can enter that information on the Ship To part of the form.
2) Is my credit card and personal information safe on your website?
It is important to know that we NEVER see or store your credit card information on our site. This information is passed between your bank and our bank to enable the transaction. This information is passed utilizing 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology for all transactions involving sensitive customer data. This means that if someone was trying to acquire this data for illegal purposes all they would see is a stream of useless gibberish. While no system is absolutely infallible, the security of this process is much higher than handing your credit card to an unknown clerk in a store.
3) Do I have to pay sales tax?
No! All orders are sales tax free! We are located in Oregon where there is no sales tax (on anything.)
4) When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are processed within 2 business days and should be received within 2-5 days after processing, depending on the shipping method you select.
We work very hard to get Express Shipments out the day they are received if the order is placed before the USPS shipping cutoff. Depending on your address, Express Shipping typically cuts off 1-2 days of transit time. This means that an Express Shipment is usually received 1-2 days before a Priority Mail shipment would be received.
5) What is a Business Day?
A business day is any day other than a weekend day or a national holiday.
6) Where will my order ship from?
Orders are shipped from Oregon.
7) What information is included in the package that gets shipped?
We include a receipt that shows the purchaser's name and address and the receiver's name and address. No purchase amounts or billing information is included on the receipt.
8) We do not sell or ship outside the US.
We do not have a customs mailing capability currently so we don't sell or ship outside the US.
9) Do you ship to Canada?
We don't ship outside the US.
10) Do you accept American Express credit cards?
Yes. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover and PayPal.
11) Do you sell wholesale?
Yes we do. Please send us an email with your contact information and we will get right back to you. In most cases the quantity needs to be greater than 25 pieces of a single item to qualify. (Not all items are eligible for a discount.)
